Terms & Policies:

Available Terms for online customers are pre-payment by credit card, debit card or check.

We require the CID number from all of our credit card customers. This is for Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. The three-digit CID number is located on the back of your credit card for MC/Visa & Discover.   Amex is on the front and it will be a four-digit number. The credit card company may decline credit cards if we do not provide this number. If you do not provide us with this number, Zehn Naturals will hold the order until you are contacted.

Zehn Naturals strives to ship each order complete. As items go out of stock, they will automatically be removed from the website or an out of stock message will appear. Zehn Naturals will not backorder items unless it is specifically requested on the order. If you would like to be notified by e-mail when an item is back in stock, please contact customer service: customerservice@zehnnaturals.com

Zehn Naturals will notify you via e-mail when your order has been processed. It will typically take 2-4 days for an order to be processed or shipped.   We will always do our best and we appreciate your patience if for any reason there is a delay in processing. 

Zehn Naturals strives to find the most suitable shipping method depending on your location and the size of your order. We will primarily use UPS and USPS unless another carrier service is requested. If you need your order to be expedited and to be sent with a faster shipping method such as UPS 2 Day- please be sure to make that clear when you are placing your order. You will be contacted to confirm actual shipping charges on your expedited order.

It is our intention to always provide you with top quality products & customer service. If you would like to return your purchase, please do so within 30 days of purchase for replacement or refund. Returns & exchanges will only be accepted if they have been purchased online at zehnnaturals.com. If you have a Zehn Naturals item that you have purchased from a retail location, you must return the item to the original location in which the item was purchased….or contact us if that is truly not possible!

Zehn Naturals will credit or exchange any product that is defective. If the merchandise is exchanged, Zehn Naturals will cover the cost of shipping for the new item(s).

Zehn Naturals will not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective.

When you are ready to return your damaged item- please contact Customer Service to recieve your return authorization number.

Also note that Zehn Naturals will only refund the shipping costs of the return if it is a result of an error. We will only refund charges if the wrong item was sent, or the item was damaged or defective.
